Have you got a background of working in a customer facing role and operating IT systems? This is your opportunity to manage the Theatre Gallery at the Richard Ley Development Centre (RLDC)

This is an exciting opportunity to join the RLDC services team. The main purpose of this role is to manage the overall running of the RLDC theatre gallery including the setting up and support of all events. The role also requires the successful candidate to provide robust management of Trillium who are the DVLA's PFI supplier of both hard and soft Facility Management Services.

Role Responsibilities

Work closely with internal and external customers to ensure all RLDC theatre events are delivered in a professional manner
Ensure customer bookings and expectations are met within agreed timescales
Work with the RLDC booking coordinators to ensure customer presentations are uploaded and available for all theatre events
Operate IT and other audio visual systems and equipment effectively in the technical gallery to ensure the smooth running of events
Assist the AV equipment maintenance contract manager by monitoring delivery and escalating issues on non compliance within the gallery
Carry out regular monitoring/audit activities of services provided by the PFI provider. This will include the in-house service teams for DVLA buildings in accordance with the established KPI scheme and reporting areas of poor performance and non compliance
Ensure building/cleaning faults are reported and resolved within agreed SLA's working effectively with service partners to ensure appropriate standards are met
Provide staff management within the RLDC addressing poor performance and attendance issues where needed. Draft objectives and carry out regular performance reviews with staff
