Could you lead the development and delivery of audience-centric, engaging and innovative content to support THINK!’s social and digital channels?

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to set the direction and lead the delivery of our digital communications and content development.

You will play a key part in helping to successfully develop and deliver the THINK! content strategy supporting a range of road safety issues including drink driving, use of mobile phones whilst driving and child road safety.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues in the Marketing, Content & Digital Teams as well as with colleagues across communications, policy and our agencies – creative, media and research.

Your role responsibilities will include:

• driving forward and shaping THINK!’s content marketing Strategy
• managing and developing THINK!’s social/digital channels,
• project manage the creation and delivery of engaging and innovative content to support THINK!’s communication campaigns
• content creation, including video, photos, and high quality audio. Ensure that all content distributed complies with the content strategy, brand/publishing guidelines and best practice standards.
• line management of 1 x HEO Digital Content and PR Officer

About you

You have previous experience of managing and developing social/digital strategies and channels. You have a broad knowledge, understanding and awareness of a range of digital channels and social media platforms, their strengths and weaknesses and core audiences. You are skilled in the production management of high-quality visual content and the ability to produce and edit video and photos. You have strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences and to produce optimised content for digital channels. You have strong influencing skills. You thrive in a fast paced environment with the ability to respond quickly and prioritise under pressure.
