Job description

Would you like to help Land Registry deliver its ambitious new Business Strategy which will play a fundamental role in delivering the organisation's transformational programme? An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join Land Registry. If you are a Project Manager with a strong, proven background in delivering often complex projects, with multiple stakeholders to strict time, cost and quality criteria then this is an excellent opportunity to progress your career.

We are looking for a qualified professional and someone who has and can demonstrate effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.

Successful candidates will have significant, demonstrable experience of project planning, project delivery, project monitoring and controlling techniques (including budget management) on projects, using MS Project or similar Project planning tools.

Association of Project Managers (APM) Practitioner Qualification (APMQ).
Qualified Prince2 Practitioner.
Managing Successful Programmes Practitioner
Agile PM (APMG group) or equivalent

*For existing civil servants where a level transfer occurs existing salary will be honoured. Where this falls below the Land Registry minimum the minimum will be paid. When Land Registry maximum is exceeded existing salary will be retained on a mark-time basis.
An individual joining Land Registry on promotion from another government department / agency will be placed on the minimum of the higher pay range.
