Operational Support Team Officer – Role Overview

An opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Officer to join the Operational Support Team within the District Valuer Services business area. This role is fast paced and underpins the delivery of our casework to Government Clients. This is an excellent opportunity to get a sound grounding in administration while working in a friendly supportive team.

Operational Support Team Officer – Key responsibilities

  • Create case files within a digital filing system and accurately compile case documents.
  • Audit and close cases in line with written processes.
  • Maintain and update various databases and spreadsheets.
  • Support internal and external customers and clients to access our services.
  • Send and receive written and verbal communication.
  • Work as part of a team to meet changing targets and priorities.
  • Support managers to improve work processes.

Person specification

We are looking for a motivated individual who is customer focused and able to work collaboratively in a team. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively and engage with both internal and external stakeholders. With a flexible attitude and a willingness to learn, they will be able to prioritise competing work demands when working in a busy operational team environment.

Selection process details
